Our story
Why “Arvin South?”
We built Arvin South while our son was a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. His favorite place there was Arvin Gym.
Whenever he came home, he and his buddies naturally spent much of their time training here. Before long, the gym had a name: Arvin South.
The gym’s identity, cut in steel: a barbell, the Arvin South name, and the year this family tradition found its home.
The facility
Private by design
What began as a home gym has grown into a dedicated private training facility filled with commercial-grade equipment. Its purpose has never changed: family and friends training hard, encouraging one another, and enjoying the work.
