Our story
Why “Arvin South?”
A family gym with a West Point heartbeat.
Arvin South was built while our son was a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. His favorite place there was Arvin Gym.
Whenever he came home, he and his buddies naturally spent much of their time training here. Before long, the gym had a name: Arvin South - our family's tribute to the place that shaped an important chapter of his life.

The gym's identity, cut in steel: a barbell, the Arvin South name, and the year this family tradition found its home.
