Our story

Why “Arvin South?”

A family gym with a West Point heartbeat.

Arvin South was built while our son was a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. His favorite place there was Arvin Gym.

Whenever he came home, he and his buddies naturally spent much of their time training here. Before long, the gym had a name: Arvin South - our family's tribute to the place that shaped an important chapter of his life.

What began as a home gym has grown into a dedicated private training facility filled with commercial-grade equipment. Its purpose has never changed: family and friends training hard, encouraging one another, and enjoying the work.
